What we keep, and why
This site collects very little. Here is what, where it goes and how to change your mind.
The brief form
When you send a brief we receive what you typed: the services you ticked, the project type, the description and deliverables, the timeline and budget band, and, if you add them, the industry, location and reference links. Then your name, your company, your email, your phone or WhatsApp number and any notes. We use it only to reply to that brief.
The form stores it in our database at Supabase (servers in Mumbai, India) and emails it to our inbox through Resend, the email service the site uses. Only EKIART can read it. We do not share it.
Google Analytics
When Google Analytics is switched on for this site, it runs only after you press Accept on the consent banner. Until then, and if you press Decline, it sets nothing. The events it counts carry no names, emails, numbers or text you typed.
The banner stores your choice in your browser under one key, ekiart-consent, and does not show again. To change the choice, clear this site’s data in your browser and the banner returns.
Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights
The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel Analytics counts page views and Speed Insights measures how quickly pages load. Both run without cookies and report aggregated figures, not individual visitors.
The WhatsApp links on this site open WhatsApp with a message to our number. “Send this brief on WhatsApp” fills that message with the answers you typed in the form; nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. From there WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
